Do you manage our account?
No. Unless we agree otherwise, we do not manage the account, run ads or answer messages. We can talk about posting support separately.
How many revisions do I get?
A reasonable number of revisions per piece is part of the package. The scope is written in the quote. If the style changes from the start, we treat it as new work.
Who owns the files?
Once paid for, the content and templates are yours. We can hand over the working files too if you want them.
What formats will I receive?
Images come as PNG or JPG and videos as MP4. Vertical, square and horizontal sizes are prepared.
How long does it take?
At the start, the style and templates take a few working days. After that the content follows the same routine each month. The exact timing is written in the quote based on the package.
