Site speed and performance

We measure your slow site, find the cause, fix it and show you the before and after.

Typical targets; the real figure is measured in the pilot.

  • 90+PageSpeed target (mobile)
  • Under 2 secondsmain content load target
  • Before/afterreport measured with the same tool

The problem

Visitors wait while your site opens, and it is slower on a phone. If you run ads, many people may leave before the page opens. You do not know what slows it down, and nobody tells you clearly.

Who it is for

  • Companies whose site opens slowly
  • Businesses that pay for ad traffic
  • Online stores
  • Image-heavy sites (hotels, restaurants, architecture)
  • Owners of sites on old platforms

What it does

  1. Start with measuring

We first measure the site's current speed on phone and desktop. We report the numbers so we can compare later.

  2. Core Web Vitals fixes

Main content load time (LCP), response to taps (INP) and page shifting (CLS) are each handled separately.

  3. Image optimisation

Photos are converted to modern formats and served by screen size. Visual quality stays, file size drops.

  4. Caching setup

Frequently used files come from a server near the visitor. When the same person returns, the page opens faster.

  5. Cloudflare setup

We serve the site through Cloudflare. Speed and basic security are set in one place.

  6. Before and after report

We measure the effect of our work again with the same tool and give you a short report.

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Measure

We test the main pages of the site on phone and desktop. We record the starting numbers.

  2. 02

    Find the cause

We rank what slows it down: heavy images, unneeded code, third-party scripts, server response.

  3. 03

    Fix

We start with the changes that matter most. We test each change step by step so the site does not break.

  4. 04

    Re-measure and report

We measure the same pages again and give you the before and after, plus what is left.

Questions

Do you guarantee a specific speed?

No, every site is different. After measuring we give a realistic target. On some sites the platform sets limits, and we say so plainly.

How long does it take?

Measuring and the report take a few days. Fixing usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the site.

Will my site look different?

No, we speed it up without changing the design. If a very heavy element has to change, we ask you first.

Does it work on WordPress or other platforms?

On most platforms improvements are possible. After measuring we tell you how far we can go on your platform.
