The problem

A price changed and the printed menus need reprinting. A guest orders something that ran out and hears it from the waiter. Foreign guests can't read the menu, and guests with allergies can't be sure what they can eat. Your menu also sits in a PDF or Excel file, and retyping it item by item takes days.

What it does

  1. No app to install

    Guests scan the QR code and the menu opens in the browser. Products appear in categories with photo, description and price.

  2. Instant updates from the panel

    The moment you change a price or product, the menu refreshes. Close an item that ran out with one tap as "sold out today". The panel works on a phone too.

  3. Multilingual menu

    We add the languages you need. AI drafts the translation and a person checks it. When Arabic is chosen the page flows right to left.

  4. Allergen, ingredient and portion notes

    Allergens like gluten, dairy and nuts appear clearly next to each item. You can add a short note on ingredients and portion size.

  5. Import your existing menu

    Hand over a PDF, an Excel file or a photo of the menu. AI drafts the digital menu, and you check it line by line and approve.

  6. Table and branch codes

    We prepare a separate QR code per table and branch. Print-ready stand and sticker designs and view statistics without personal data are included.

Questions

How soon is the menu ready?

If we already have your menu and photos, we usually go live within a few days. Photo shoots or many languages take a little longer.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The phone camera reads the QR code and the menu opens in the browser. The guest's phone just needs mobile data or Wi-Fi.

Can I update the menu myself?

Yes. You change prices, products, photos and the "sold out today" flag from the panel. It works on a phone too.

Can I trust the translation and allergen info?

AI drafts the translation, a person checks every one, and you approve it too. You tell us what is in each dish and we mark it. The venue is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

What if the AI reads my menu wrong?

It can, especially with blurry photos. That is why we never publish a draft you haven't approved, and we flag uncertain lines.
