What it does

    The site is watched continuously. If it goes down, we notice and start fixing it.

  4. Small content changes

    For text, price, photo or phone changes, you write to us. Jobs within scope are done quickly.

    Cloudflare protection, the SSL certificate and the form spam filter are checked and kept current.

  6. Short monthly report

    We send you a short note on what was done during the month and the state of the site.

Do you care for sites you did not build?

Usually yes. We look at the site first and tell you what we can and cannot do on its platform.

Which changes are in scope?

Small changes such as text, price, photo and contact details. A new page or feature is bigger work and is discussed separately.

How fast do you respond to a problem?

If the site goes down, that is our priority. A clear response time is written into the care scope.

Is there a contract term?

We set care up monthly. If you want to leave, we hand over the access details and backups.
