KÖSEOĞLU GROUP

Köseoğlu Group works in construction, architecture, design, tourism, international trade and investment, while its housing projects sell under the Golden Life brand. The old site kept all of it in one list. Visitors had to work out on their own what the group does and where each project is.

The home page stays short: an introduction to the group and links to the six lines of business. Each line has its own page, and the Golden Life brand appears only on the construction, architecture and project pages. Each of the 13 projects has its own page, with gallery, floor plans and location together. Project enquiries come through a two-step form that stores nothing and ends by opening a pre-filled email draft. The site is built without a framework, on its own static generator. Page transitions and text animation run on GSAP, smooth scrolling on Lenis, and all motion switches off for visitors who prefer reduced motion. It is served from Cloudflare Workers.
