E-commerce and marketplace integration

Orders, stock and prices stay in sync between your store and the marketplaces on their own.

Typical targets; the real figure is measured in the pilot.

  • Within minutesTarget for stock changes reaching all channels
  • One listTarget for orders from all channels
  • No manual entryTarget for stock and prices

The problem

You sell the same product on your own site and on a marketplace. When one sells, the other's stock doesn't drop, and when a price changes you fix it everywhere by hand. A cancelled order caused by wrong stock hurts both your rating and your customer's trust.

Who it is for

  • Sellers on their own site and a marketplace
  • Shops using Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas or Ticimax
  • Sellers on Trendyol, Hepsiburada or Amazon
  • Anyone tracking orders and stock by hand

What it does

  1. Stock sync

When something sells in one place, stock drops on the other channels on its own.

  2. Price sync

Change a price in one place and it carries to the channels you choose. Per-channel differences can be set.

  3. Order collection

Orders from every channel show up in a single list.

  4. Shipping label

A shipping label is prepared per order and the tracking number is written back to the channel.

  5. Customer notices

At steps like order received or shipped, the customer gets an email or message.

  6. Errors and alerts

You are told if a marketplace rejects a product or stock goes negative.

Questions

Which stores and marketplaces do you work with?

Between Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas and Ticimax on one side and Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon on the other. Each API is different, so we confirm the scope in the first call.

Does it connect to my accounting or ERP software?

It depends on what your software lets out. If it has an API, an e-invoice provider or a regular Excel export, we connect through that. We work out the right route together in the first call.

How long does it take?

For one store and one marketplace, a first version usually takes 1-3 weeks. More channels take longer.

What if marketplace rules change?

Marketplaces change their APIs from time to time. With a maintenance plan we follow those changes and fix them.
