ULUSOY İNŞAAT

Someone choosing a builder wants to see the work first and then to know who to talk to. Ulusoy İnşaat brings architectural design, engineering and site work under one roof; the site had to say so without exaggeration, show a finished project through its photographs, and give the project that is for sale a page of its own. A visitor had to be able to reach the team in one step, without filling in a form.

The site has six pages: home, projects, projects for sale, services, about and contact. The home page opens with the headline "Yaşamı İnşa Ediyoruz" (we build life) and introduces the finished İskele boutique villa and the Kalabak 4620 project under construction in two separate blocks. The gallery on the projects page sorts the photographs under headings such as facade and garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom, and each opens enlarged. The projects-for-sale page gathers the architectural visualisations of Kalabak 4620. The services page walks through residential, commercial and renovation work stage by stage. Contact runs through phone, WhatsApp and email; there is no form. The site is written in Next.js and served from Cloudflare, with robots.txt, a sitemap and JSON-LD structured data in place for search engines.
