The problem

A villa development has not been built yet when it goes on sale. The buyer only sees the 21,650 m² site, the four villa types and the location in Bademler as far as someone describes them. That was the hard part: making a place that does not exist yet walkable before anyone picks up the phone.

What we built

One page, eight sections. The four villa types sit in a tabbed section: ground and first floor plans for each, room by room in square metres, with a toggle between plan and exterior view. The gallery filters by exterior, interior, project and location. The location section puts the distance to nine points on a map — 1.5 km to the centre of Bademler, 46.6 km to ADM Airport. The enquiry form opens both inline and as a modal, with KVKK consent and a honeypot against spam; the catalogue PDF downloads from the same place. The site is written without a framework: one CSS file, one JS file, lazy-loaded images, and RealEstateListing schema embedded for search engines.
