Shipment tracking and notifications

Shipment status is followed on its own, the customer is kept informed, and you hear about a delayed parcel in advance.

Typical targets; the real figure is measured in the pilot.

  • 24/7Automatic shipment status monitoring
  • Up to 60%Target reduction in 'where is my parcel' questions

The problem

Customers ask 'where is my parcel', and you go to the carrier's site and look one by one. With more than one carrier it gets messier. Most of the time the customer notices a delayed parcel before you do. At month end the shipping invoice also comes out higher than you expected.

Who it is for

  • E-commerce stores
  • Brands shipping from their own site
  • Wholesale and spare parts shippers
  • Businesses working with more than one carrier

What it does

  1. Status checks

Status from carriers such as Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, PTT and HepsiJET is pulled regularly through their open channels.

  2. One screen to follow

All shipments show in one list. You see at a glance which are on the way and which are delivered.

  3. Customer notifications

Shipped, out for delivery and delivered messages go by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

  4. Delay alerts

A parcel waiting longer than the time you set is reported to you, so you know before the customer does.

  5. Returns and problem shipments

Returns, damage and undelivered parcels are collected in a separate list.

  6. Monthly desi and invoice check

At month end the desi and amounts on the shipping invoice are compared with your shipment records.

Questions

Can every carrier be connected?

It depends on the channel the carrier offers. Most have one, and some may ask for an extra application. At the start we check the carriers you use one by one.

Do we need to change our current system?

No. We take the tracking number from where your orders are kept and write the status back to the same place.

How long does setup take?

A first working version is usually ready in 1-3 weeks. It depends on how many carriers are connected.

How is customer data protected?

Name, phone and address are used only for notifications. For KVKK we limit access and set up message permissions properly.

What if a carrier changes its connection?

Carriers update their connections from time to time. In that case we make the fix on our side as part of maintenance.
