Process analysis and roadmap
A free process analysis: we list your repetitive tasks and show what can be automated and where to start.
Typical targets; the real figure is measured in the pilot.

The problem
The team spends a few hours a day on the same copy-paste jobs, but nobody knows exactly how much. You wonder what to automate and do not know where to start. Before making a big software decision, you would like to take a small, safe step first.
Who it is for
- Small and medium businesses with a lot of manual work
- Companies about to start with automation
- Growing businesses where the workload is starting to weigh on the team
- Anyone who wants to see what is needed before buying a tool
What it does
List of repetitive tasks
We talk with the team and pick out the tasks that repeat every day or week, one by one.
Measuring today
For each task we estimate how long it takes, how often it is done and how often mistakes happen.
Prioritising
Tasks with a big gain and easy setup come first. We also tell you which ones are better left manual.
Short roadmap
Which task gets automated when and with which tool is written into a simple plan.
Small pilot
If you want, we start with the single most valuable task and you see a first result quickly.
Measure and scale
The pilot is compared using the same measures. If it works, we move to the next step.
What routine work costs
Set three numbers. If 60% of the routine work is automated, see roughly how much time and money is left each year.
Department
Example routine task: Invoice entry, reconciliation, collections follow-up
Automation rate is fixed at 60%, with 22 workdays a month.

Questions
Is it really free, and do you have to sell something at the end?
The analysis and roadmap are free and carry no commitment. You can carry out the plan with someone else or with your own team too.
Do we need to change our software?
Most of the time, no. The plan is built on top of the tools you use. If a change is needed, we write the reason clearly.
How long do the analysis and the first working version take?
A few days of conversation and review are enough for the analysis. If you decide to go ahead, the first working pilot is usually ready in 1-3 weeks, depending on scope.
Do we need to share our data?
Real customer data is not needed for the analysis. Sample and anonymous records are enough. If data is needed, we work in line with KVKK and with limited access.
How does maintenance work afterwards?
We offer maintenance support for the pilot and later steps. As your processes change, we update the system together.
