Invoice and document reading

A system that reads invoices, receipts and delivery notes, moves the data to a sheet or accounting tool, and asks you about anything it is unsure of.

Typical targets; the real figure is measured in the pilot.

  • Within secondstarget: time to read a document and split it into fields
  • Up to 80%target reduction in manual data entry
  • Duplicate checkdone automatically on every document

The problem

Invoices arrive by email, as photos on WhatsApp, on paper. Someone sits and types date, amount and company name into a sheet one by one. At month end there are mistakes and delays, and the same invoice can be entered twice.

Who it is for

  • Accounting and tax advisory offices
  • Businesses with many suppliers
  • Logistics and warehouse firms
  • Construction and contracting firms
  • E-commerce and wholesale businesses

What it does

  1. Reads from any source

PDFs, scans, photos that arrive by email. Reads invoices, receipts, delivery notes and forms.

  2. Extracts the fields

Pulls the fields you want: company, date, document number, tax, line items and total.

  3. Writes where you need it

Sends data to Excel, Google Sheets, your own panel or an accounting tool with an API (for example Paraşüt).

  4. Duplicate check

When the same invoice arrives twice, it notices and warns you rather than creating a second record.

  5. Asks you about doubtful ones

A document that is unclear or does not add up goes to an approval screen. You look, correct and approve.

Questions

What if it reads something wrong?

Documents with low reading confidence, or that do not add up, are not saved automatically; they go to an approval screen. We also add checks such as line items not matching the total. We can set it up so nothing is final until you approve.

Where do my invoices go, and is it KVKK-aware?

Under the business (API) terms of the model provider we use, data is not used to train models; we check the current terms with you before setup. If needed we mask personal details before the model sees them. We write down where documents are kept and for how long during setup.

Which accounting programs does it work with?

We can write directly to tools with an API (for example Paraşüt). For other programs we prepare an Excel or CSV file that you import. Tell us what you use and we clarify what is possible up front.

How long does setup take, and what drives the cost?

A first working version is usually ready in 1-3 weeks. Cost depends on the number of document types, monthly volume and the tool it connects to. We look at your sample documents and give a clear quote.
